The call of duty logo: Modern Warfare 2 is recreated as an ice sculpture
Activision and Infinity Ward are really using their marketing budget, since they have recreated the logo for the new call of duty: Modern Warfare II with ice. At the end of April, Infinity Ward began to make advances of the next Call of Duty game with an image of Ghost, one of the most iconic characters in the series. Shortly after, reports came that NFL draft prospects had seen call of duty: modern Warfare II __, giving positive impressions of the new title. These players were part of a marketing campaign in the NFL draft in which they dressed with custom clothes with the theme after the game. After enough enthusiasm was generated from this, Infinity Ward officially announced call of duty: Modern Warfare II with a teaser trailer and a logo.
With a revelation of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II rumored for June, Infinity Ward is doing everything possible to maintain enthusiasm. In the Instagram account of Call of Duty, a video of a fairly strong ice sculpture was published that was built to resemble the game logo. The sculpture was made by Okamoto Studio, a team of ice sculptors in New York. The video is a fairly impressive feat, since the team gathered different ice shapes and brought them together as a puzzle before finally filling them with the green and black colors that represent the game. It is only one of the many creative marketing efforts for the new game and it is likely to continue as we approach the launch of the game.
From now on, there are no official details about the game, apart from the fact that it will be in a new engine and will be launched along with a sequel to duty: War z1. Rumors have suggested that the game will be inspired by films such as Sicario. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II It is expected to focus on drug cartels instead of a ww3 level event, something that vaguely hinted at the progress if fans paid close attention.
